    This site just gives the visitor information. It would include all your contact details, so that the potential customer can then get in touch by phone or fax or e-mail, etc. The site can just consist of text, though making good use of different colours, or it can be brought even more to life with pictures, logos, etc.

    You may want to help potential customers by doing their calculations. For example, say you were a wallpaper company, you could assist customers by working out for them how many rolls they needed, based on room measurements they enter on your website. The actual example we show is just pure fun!
  3. the ordertaking.co.uk
    This example illustrates taking orders on the website, by the customer selecting from a site list or catalogue. Orders are acknowledged immediately on screen, as well as a confirmation e-mail being sent.
